“Come on hurry up!” I called down the mountain. John my friend was further down the mountain then me but we were both climbing steadily. Left, right, left, right I said in my head as I made my way up. I finally hauled myself over the edge, but as I looked over the edge, I saw a fire blazing below the mountain. “John, not to warn you but there is a fire underneath us,” I said. John looked down, swathe blaze and quickened his pace. As he finally got up to the rope, holding him snapped but I could catch him. “That was close,” I said.
